Scope

These terms govern access to the World Market Products platform by buyers, sellers, trade buyers and suppliers.

World Market Products provides a commerce platform. It is not the manufacturer of the goods listed and does not act as the seller of record unless expressly stated in a listing.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, the legality of the goods in every destination market, and compliance with consumer, tax and customs obligations.

Sellers must approve every generated listing before it is published, and must keep compliance documentation valid and current.

Platform role

The platform automates data import, pricing calculation, listing generation, order routing and status tracking. Estimates produced by these tools are informational only.
