Restricted with evidence

Electrical goods, toys, cosmetics and food-contact items may be listed only with valid conformity documentation for each destination market.

Branded goods require documented authorisation from the rights holder.

Enforcement

Automated screening flags suspected prohibited listings for human review. Confirmed breaches result in listing removal and may lead to account suspension.
