How it works

Choose what you want to sell. We'll handle the rest.

Every commercial decision stays with you. Everything mechanical — importing data, calculating cost, building listings, routing orders — is handled by the platform.

  1. 1. Set up and verify

Create your account, tell us whether you sell retail, wholesale or both, and choose your target countries. Identity and business verification runs alongside your setup.

    • Market and channel selection
    • Identity & business verification
    • Payout details
  2. 2. Choose what to sell

Browse approved products from connected sourcing platforms and suppliers. Compare margin, MOQ, delivery time, compliance readiness and Product Opportunity Score side by side.

    • Connected-source selector
    • Catalogue with comparison drawer
    • Opportunity scoring
    • Sample requests
  3. 3. We build the listing

Selecting a product generates an editable draft listing with imported content, translated copy, specifications, images, suggested retail price, landed cost and estimated margin.

    • Imported product data
    • Translated content
    • Suggested pricing
    • Compliance readiness check
  4. 4. You approve, we publish

Nothing goes live without your approval. Once the activation checklist is complete you publish to the WMP storefront and any connected channels.

    • Activation checklist
    • Seller approval required
    • Multi-channel publishing
    • Pricing rules
  5. 5. Orders and fulfilment run automatically

Orders route to the supplier, stock syncs back, and fulfilment status and tracking are recorded against each order.

    • Order routing
    • Stock synchronisation
    • Fulfilment tracking
    • Returns handling
  6. 6. Monitor and improve

Your dashboard tracks revenue, estimated profit, returns, ad spend and ROAS, and alerts you to stock changes, margin erosion, compliance expiry and late fulfilment.

    • Performance KPIs
    • Margin alerts
    • Compliance expiry monitoring
    • Dispute centre

Scoring

How the Product Opportunity Score is calculated

Eight weighted factors produce a 0–100 score, with warnings and a plain-language recommendation.

Scoring in this build uses demonstration data. Scores are estimates and do not guarantee sales, margin or supplier performance.
